 Reporting to the VP Sales, Doug will be tasked to achieve annual sales objectives and manage annual budget in the drug store and mass merchandiser channels, execute business initiatives aligned to brand strategy, provide feedback on current national programs and input for future programs, provide opportunities for colleague development and growth, and mentor direct reports.

     "I am happy with the combination of career advancement, future development, compensation, company culture and environment. I had an obstacle in that I had previous employment with an associated company and they were looking for 'fresh new ideas.'
